BIMAL d.d. aspires to ensure a leading position in the market of Bosnia and Herzegovina and to establish its presence in the European market with a consistent assessment and fulfillment of our clients’ and customers’ demands, needs and expectations, with a special emphasis on the health safety of our products. In this sense BIMAL has implemented internationally recognised standards governing quality and quality management: ISO 9001:2008, HACCP, IFS (International Food Standard), ISCC (International Sustainability and Carbon Certification) Kosher, Halal and Danube Soy standard.

Through an adequate project-planning and management of our processes, we devote a special attention to the protection and preservation of nature and environment.

We continue to expand our product range and production capacities, in step with the modern trends and in line with market needs.

With a proper staff selection and their adequate training and development we strive to create a working environment which inspires our workforce to constantly improve the quality of their performance and thus promote the values we create, in adherence to the laws and regulations, ensuring our fair conduct in the market and a high regard for our business partners.

The most important parameter of the quality of our work is our clients' and customers' satisfaction whereas our staff's satisfaction with the existing work conditions is the only guarantee to achieve client satisfaction.
